Federspiel

Founded in 2004, Ensemble Federspiel is one of the most innovative ensembles on the European wind music scene. The seven musicians have long since conquered the world's major concert stages, are regular guests at renowned festivals and can boast a multi-award-winning discography. Their multi-layered musical language stems from the exciting tension between tradition and modernity; creativity, spontaneity and boundless joy of playing are emphasised. For its 20th anniversary, Federspiel presents new compositions in the typical Federspiel sound as well as favourite pieces and anecdotes from the past.
