Simone Kopmajer, who was awarded the New York Scholarship of the Hans Koller Prize in 2003, impresses with her incredibly variable voice, which always knows how to set the right and, above all, unmistakable accent depending on the direction of a song. In this programme, she also shows herself to be an artist who can immerse herself in the most diverse roles and fill them completely with life and emotion. She masters the gentle, dreamy and melancholy tone just as masterfully as the seductive, bright and lively one.

You can look forward to an extraordinary sound experience when Simone Kopmajer and her jazz band and a classical string quartet perform songs from the world of musicals (‘Over The Rainbow’), from the pop genre (‘Home’), well-known jazz standards (‘What A Difference A Day Makes’) and great songs from the big band era.
